How to manage sales prices
StoreLinkr provides a robust Price Management system that allows you to control your product pricing across different countries, currencies, and sales channels.
Price Lists
Price Lists are the foundation of your pricing strategy. You can create multiple price lists to target different markets.
- Overview: Navigate to Catalog > Sales Prices and click Price Lists.
- Create a Price List:
- Click Create Price List.
- Enter a Name (e.g., "Germany B2C").
- Select the Country Code and Currency.
- Primary Price List: One list is always marked as "Primary". This is the default price list used when no other specific list matches a sales channel's requirements.
Managing Individual Prices
In the Product Price Management view, you can see and edit prices for all your products:
- Sales Price: The current price listed on your sales channels.
- Promo Price: An optional discounted price (Sale price).
- Purchase Price: Your cost price (ex. VAT), used to calculate margins.
- Margin: StoreLinkr automatically calculates your margin percentage and absolute value based on the sales and purchase prices.
Bulk Actions
You can select multiple products to:
- Set a fixed price for all selected items.
- Adjust by percentage (e.g., increase all prices by 5%).
- Apply a fixed increase/decrease (e.g., add €2.00 to all prices).
warning
If you want to clear all your manual price overrides and revert to the imported or calculated prices, you can use the Reset Custom Sales Prices tool in the Danger Zone.
Pricing Data Quality
StoreLinkr's Data Quality dashboard will flag products that are missing critical pricing data:
- Missing Sales Price: Products that cannot be exported because they have no price.
- Missing Purchase Price: Products where the margin cannot be calculated.
- Missing Promo Price: Alerts if a promotion is intended but no price is set.
