How to view product insights

Product Insights help you identify your "Winners" and "Losers" by analyzing sales performance at the individual product level. This data is essential for making informed purchasing and marketing decisions.

Most Sold Products

Navigate to Insights > Products to see a ranked list of your top-performing items. The table displays:

  • Product Details: Name, Brand, EAN, and SKU for easy identification.
  • Classification: The ABC Classification (A = High Volume/Revenue, B = Moderate, C = Low).
  • Quantity Sold: The total number of units sold during the selected period.
  • Total Revenue: The total value generated by this specific product.

Analyzing the Data

By clicking on a product name, you can deep-dive into its specific performance history, including price changes over time and stock level trends.

Filtering Insights

Use the search and filter options to focus your analysis:

  • Search: Find insights for a specific product, EAN, or Brand.
  • Date Selection: Compare performance across different time periods (e.g., "This Month" vs. "Last Month").
  • Category Filter: See which product categories are currently trending in your store.

  • Restock A-Class Products: Ensure your best-selling items are never out of stock by using the Purchasing Advice tool.
  • Optimize C-Class Products: Consider running promotions or updating descriptions (perhaps using the AI Agent) for products with low sales volume.
  • Identify Cross-Channel Hits: See if a product that sells well on Bol.com is also performing on your Shopify store, or if there's an opportunity to expand its reach.
