How to view sales insights

The Sales Insights dashboard provides a high-level overview of your store's performance across all connected sales channels. It helps you understand your revenue trends, customer behavior, and peak selling periods.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find your most important metrics for the selected period:

  • Total Orders: The number of orders successfully imported from all channels.
  • Total Revenue: The total value of all orders (incl. VAT).
  • Average Order Value (AOV): How much the average customer spends per transaction.
  • Unique Customers: The number of individual people who bought from you.
  • Repeat Purchase Rate: The percentage of customers who have placed more than one order.

StoreLinkr uses interactive charts to show you how your business is growing:

  • Orders & Revenue Over Time: Track your daily or weekly performance to identify seasonal trends or the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Revenue per Channel: A stacked chart that shows exactly which channel (Shopify, Bol.com, etc.) is contributing most to your bottom line.
  • Orders per Channel: A donut chart providing a quick visual breakdown of your order volume distribution.

Peak Times Heatmap

The Peak Times table is a powerful tool that shows exactly which days and hours are busiest for your store.

  • Heatmap: Cells are color-coded (Red for high volume, Yellow for moderate, Blue for low) to show when orders are most frequently placed.
  • Use Case: Use this data to plan your support staff availability or to decide when to launch new product promotions.

Filtering Your Data

You can refine the insights using the filter bar:

  • Date Range: Select a specific period (e.g., "Last 30 days" or "Current Year").
  • Channel: Filter to see performance for just one specific online store or marketplace.
  • Order Status: Include or exclude cancelled and pending orders for a more accurate financial view.
