Allegro Category Mapping

Allegro requires every offer to be assigned to a specific category. Before you can list products, you must map your local categories to the corresponding Allegro categories.

How to map categories:​

  1. Go to Marketplace Categories in the sidebar.
  2. Select Allegro from the marketplace dropdown.
  3. You will see a list of your product categories. For each category, search for and select the most relevant Allegro category.
  4. Leaf Categories: Ensure you map to a "leaf" category (the deepest level in the category tree). Allegro does not allow listing products in parent categories.

Important Details:​

  • Product Matching: StoreLinkr uses the product SKU as the external identifier in Allegro.
  • Images: StoreLinkr automatically uploads your product images to Allegro.
  • Description: Your product's long description is used for the Allegro offer description. If it's not in HTML format, StoreLinkr will wrap it in standard paragraph tags to meet Allegro's requirements.
  • Currency: StoreLinkr will use the currency of your product (e.g., PLN for Poland, CZK for Czech Republic, EUR for Slovakia/Hungary).
