Selling on Auchan

Auchan is a large French supermarket and hypermarket chain. On the Auchan marketplace, which runs on Mirakl, third-party sellers offer non-food products such as home, electronics and leisure. The marketplace is active in France.

Auchan runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Auchan; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.

1. Get access to Auchan​

You apply as a seller with Auchan. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

2. Create your API key​

  1. In the Auchan seller back office, click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  2. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.

3. Connect Auchan in StoreLinkr​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces and click Connect a marketplace.
  2. Click the Auchan tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.
  3. StoreLinkr fills in the marketplace URL for you (https://auchan-prod.mirakl.net). If the web address of your back office is different, paste your own address.
  4. Paste your API Key, choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  5. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

Good to know​

  • Who can sell: Auchan selects professional companies whose products complement its own range and does not allow sellers to offer products Auchan already sells, but it does not state whether resellers are accepted, so apply to find out.
  • Products are offered on the Auchan catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Auchan catalog yet, are not listed.
  • New Auchan orders are accepted automatically and imported once Auchan releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Auchan when you ship.
