Setting up Boekwinkeltjes.nl

Integrating your Boekwinkeltjes.nl account with StoreLinkr only requires a single API key. This guide walks you through requesting that key and connecting your account.

1. Request an API Key from Boekwinkeltjes.nl​

Boekwinkeltjes.nl doesn't have a self-service developer portal — you request your API key directly from their team.

  1. Open the Boekwinkeltjes.nl contact page.
  2. Request an API key from Boekwinkeltjes customer service, or email them directly at data@boekwinkeltjes.nl.
  3. Once you receive your key, copy it to your clipboard.

2. Connect to StoreLinkr Portal​

With your API key ready, finish the connection in StoreLinkr:

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces.
  3. Click Connect a marketplace.
  4. Select Boekwinkeltjes in the "Select a platform" modal and click Continue.
  5. Paste your API Key into the field.
  6. Choose the Product Selection and Pricelist that determine which of your products are offered and at what price.
  7. Click Save & Test Connection.

StoreLinkr will validate the API key before finalizing the connection.

3. Map Your Categories​

Boekwinkeltjes.nl requires every listing to belong to one of its own categories (Fiction, Non-fiction, Children, or Reference). Before StoreLinkr can export a product, that product's category must be mapped to one of these four.

  1. Navigate to your Boekwinkeltjes.nl integration and check the Improvements panel — StoreLinkr flags how many of your categories are still unmapped.
  2. Follow the Marketplace Categories guide to map each of your StoreLinkr categories to the matching Boekwinkeltjes.nl category.
  3. Products in unmapped categories will not be exported until a mapping exists.
