How stock and orders stay in sync​

StoreLinkr is the source of truth for your stock. Bol never changes the stock in StoreLinkr; StoreLinkr sends its stock to Bol.

  1. An item sells on Bol. Bol lowers the stock of your offer straight away.
  2. The order is imported into StoreLinkr. StoreLinkr deducts the ordered quantity from the product's stock and sends the new stock to Bol and your other sales channels right away. You can see every deduction in the stock history of the product.
  3. Regular check. StoreLinkr regularly compares the stock of your Bol offers with the stock in StoreLinkr. When they differ, the stock from StoreLinkr is sent to Bol.

Because StoreLinkr's stock always wins, a stock level that is too high in StoreLinkr is sent back to Bol. If you change stock outside StoreLinkr, update it in StoreLinkr too, otherwise you risk selling items you no longer have.
