Setting up Bol.com
Integrating your Bol.com seller account with StoreLinkr requires API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) generated from the Bol.com Partner Platform. This guide will walk you through the process.
1. Generate API Keys in Bol.com
To start the integration, you need to create API credentials in your Bol.com account.
- Log in to your Bol.com Partner Platform.
- Click on your account name in the top right and select Settings (Instellingen).
- Under the Services section, click on API Settings (API Instellingen).
- Scroll down to the Client credentials for the Retailer API section.
- Click Create (Aanmaken) to generate a new set of credentials.
- Provide a name for the credentials (e.g., "StoreLinkr") and click Yes, create (Ja, maak aan).
- You will now see your Client ID and Client Secret. Copy both immediately, as the secret will only be shown once.
2. Connect to StoreLinkr Portal
Now that you have your credentials, you can connect your account in StoreLinkr:
- Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
- Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces.
- Click Connect a marketplace.
- Select Bol.com in the modal and click Continue.
- Enter your Client ID (into the API Key field) and Client Secret (into the API Secret field).
- Select your preferred Language for category and attribute data.
- Click Save & Test Connection.
StoreLinkr will validate the credentials and establish a secure connection to your Bol.com account.
3. Configure Task Settings
Once connected, you should configure the tasks for your Bol.com integration:
Import Orders
Enable this task to automatically import orders from Bol.com into StoreLinkr. You can configure how often orders are checked and whether to import older orders.
Export Products (Offers)
This task manages your offers on Bol.com.
- Price Sync: Ensure your prices are always up-to-date.
- Stock Sync: Keep your inventory levels accurate to prevent overselling.
- Delivery Time: Set your default delivery time (e.g., "1-2d" for 1-2 days).
Export Content
Enable this if you want StoreLinkr to push product information like titles, descriptions, and images to Bol.com. This requires correct Category Mapping.
Ensure your Bol.com account has the Retailer API enabled. Most professional seller accounts have this by default.
