Selling on Castorama

Castorama is a French DIY chain owned by Kingfisher. On the Castorama marketplace, which runs on Mirakl, third-party sellers offer DIY and garden products. The marketplace is active in France and Poland.

Castorama runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Castorama; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.

1. Get access to Castorama​

You apply as a seller with Castorama. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

2. Create your API key​

  1. In the Castorama seller back office, click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  2. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.

3. Connect Castorama in StoreLinkr​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces and click Connect a marketplace.
  2. Click the Castorama tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.
  3. StoreLinkr fills in the marketplace URL for you (https://castoramafr-prod.mirakl.net). If the web address of your back office is different, paste your own address.
  4. Paste your API Key, choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  5. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

Good to know​

  • Who can sell: Castorama selects professional sellers on strict criteria, including holding the rights to market and distribute the products and offering French customer service, and does not say whether resellers are accepted, so apply to find out.
  • Castorama France and Castorama Poland have their own back office. Connect each as a separate marketplace.
  • Products are offered on the Castorama catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Castorama catalog yet, are not listed.
  • New Castorama orders are accepted automatically and imported once Castorama releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Castorama when you ship.
  • Selling on several Mirakl marketplaces? Connect each one separately, each with its own API key, product selection and pricelist.
