Selling on Conforama

Conforama is a French chain for furniture and household appliances. On the Conforama marketplace, which runs on Mirakl, third-party sellers offer furniture, household appliances and bedding. The marketplace is active in France, Spain and Portugal.

Conforama runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Conforama; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.

1. Get access to Conforama​

You apply as a seller with Conforama. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

2. Create your API key​

  1. In the Conforama seller back office, click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  2. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.

3. Connect Conforama in StoreLinkr​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces and click Connect a marketplace.
  2. Click the Conforama tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.
  3. StoreLinkr fills in the marketplace URL for you (https://conforama-prod.mirakl.net). If the web address of your back office is different, paste your own address.
  4. Paste your API Key, choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  5. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

Good to know​

  • Who can sell: Conforama accepts professional merchants after a selection based on reputation and reviews, and its terms allow suspension of a merchant who cannot prove authorised distributor status, so resellers need proof they may sell the brands they list.
  • Conforama Spain and Portugal (Conforama Iberia) use their own back office: https://conforamaiberia-prod.mirakl.net. Connect it as a separate marketplace.
  • Products are offered on the Conforama catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Conforama catalog yet, are not listed.
  • New Conforama orders are accepted automatically and imported once Conforama releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Conforama when you ship.
