CycleSoftware Integration

Connect your CycleSoftware POS system with StoreLinkr to automate your online showroom or webshop. StoreLinkr synchronizes your inventory, product data, and orders between CycleSoftware and platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify.

Getting Started​

To get started with the CycleSoftware integration, follow these steps:

  1. Set up the connection by obtaining and entering your API key.
  2. Activate your products within CycleSoftware to begin the synchronization process.
  3. Adjust the import settings to fine-tune how products are imported, such as mapping used products into their own category.
  4. Configure the order export to decide how paid and unpaid orders arrive in CycleSoftware.

CycleSoftware for SitePack webshops​

Do you run a SitePack webshop? Then you can connect CycleSoftware without setting up the integrations yourself. Install the CycleSoftware (powered by StoreLinkr) app from the SitePack app store and StoreLinkr does the rest.

How to get started​

  1. In SitePack, open the app store and install the CycleSoftware (powered by StoreLinkr) app. The app costs €35 per month.
  2. In the app settings in SitePack, enter your CycleSoftware webshop API details: your dealer key and your webshop API username and password.
  3. StoreLinkr automatically creates a project for your webshop, named your webshop name (Data integration).
  4. Click Open in StoreLinkr on the app's settings page in SitePack. You are logged in directly to your new project.

What the project contains​

The project comes with four integrations that work together:

  • Import products from CycleSoftware: your products, prices and stock are imported from your store system.
  • Export products to your SitePack webshop: the imported products are kept up to date in your webshop.
  • Import orders from your SitePack webshop: new webshop orders are collected automatically.
  • Export orders to CycleSoftware: the orders are sent to CycleSoftware. This happens by default, so you do not need to set anything up.

What you can do in StoreLinkr​

In the project you can view the integrations, logs, products and orders. You can also change the settings of each integration, for example the sync interval, price and category settings, or switch an integration on or off.

The app plan includes exactly these four integrations. You cannot add other integrations to this project; the screen for adding an integration shows a notice instead. The four app integrations cannot be deleted either.

Change your CycleSoftware details in SitePack

Your CycleSoftware connection details are managed in the app settings in SitePack. Changes you save there are applied to the integrations automatically. There is no need to change them in StoreLinkr, because SitePack overwrites them.

Removing the app​

If you remove the CycleSoftware app in SitePack, the four integrations are switched off. Your products and orders are no longer synchronized from that moment on.
