Setup CycleSoftware

To automatically import products into StoreLinkr, you need an API token from CycleSoftware. This token allows StoreLinkr to retrieve products from the correct branch and sync them with your e-commerce platform.

Webshop API Activation​

Before you can use the integration, the Webshop API module must be activated within CycleSoftware. To complete the setup, we require the following credentials:

  • Username
  • Password
  • API Key (follow the steps below to generate this)

Locate the API key in CycleSoftware (legacy)​

Follow these steps to find and generate your API key within CycleSoftware:

  1. Log in to your CycleSoftware account.
  2. Navigate to Beheer (Manage) -> Instellingen (Settings).
  3. Under the Koppelingen (Links) section, look for Voorraad- en verkoopplatforms (Inventory and sales platforms).
  4. Click on SitePack.
  5. Select the desired branch and click to generate the API key.
  6. Copy the generated API key.

Add the API key to StoreLinkr​

Once you have the API key, you need to add it to your StoreLinkr configuration:

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr portal.
  2. When creating a new import or export task for CycleSoftware, you will be prompted for the API key.
  3. Paste the key into the API Key field and save your settings.

StoreLinkr will begin importing categories and products automatically. This process typically takes a few minutes, depending on the volume of data.
