Setting up Kaufland
Integrating your Kaufland Marketplace account with StoreLinkr requires API credentials generated from the Kaufland Seller Portal. This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your account.
1. Generate API Keys in Kaufland
To start the integration, you need to obtain a Client Key and Secret Key from your Kaufland seller account.
- Log in to your Kaufland Seller Portal.
- Navigate to Settings -> Services -> API Keys.
- Click on Generate new API Keys (or copy existing ones if already available).
- Copy both the Client Key and the Secret Key.
2. Connect to StoreLinkr Portal
Now that you have your credentials, you can finalize the connection in StoreLinkr:
- Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
- Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces.
- Click Connect a marketplace.
- Select Kaufland in the modal and click Continue.
- Enter your Client Key and Secret Key.
- Select your target Storefront (e.g., DE, AT, CZ, PL, or SK).
- Click Save & Test Connection.
StoreLinkr will validate the keys and ensure the connection to the selected storefront is active.
3. Configure Task Settings
After establishing the connection, you must configure the Export Products task settings to ensure your offers are correctly listed with the right inventory and shipping policies.
Warehouse Selection
Kaufland requires every offer to be linked to a specific warehouse.
- In Kaufland: Log in to your Kaufland Seller Portal and ensure you have at least one warehouse created under Settings -> Store Settings -> Warehouses.
- In StoreLinkr: Navigate to your Kaufland integration and open the Export Products task settings.
- Select your Default Warehouse from the dropdown menu. This warehouse will be used for all stock updates.
Shipping & Delivery
To define your shipping costs and delivery times, you must link a shipping group.
- In Kaufland: Create your shipping groups in the Kaufland Seller Portal under Settings -> Store Settings -> Shipping Groups.
- In StoreLinkr: In the same Export Products task settings, select the appropriate Shipping Group.
- Delivery Days: Configure the number of days it takes for the product to reach the customer. This value will be synchronized with Kaufland to provide accurate delivery estimates on the marketplace.
4. Configure Regional Settings
If you plan to sell on multiple Kaufland regions (e.g., both Kaufland.de and Kaufland.cz), you should create a separate integration instance for each storefront in StoreLinkr to ensure correct category and attribute mapping for each region.
Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions in the Kaufland Seller Portal to access the API services.
