Selling on Kiabi
Kiabi is a French family fashion chain. On the Kiabi marketplace, which runs on Mirakl, third-party sellers offer family fashion, kids products and home. The marketplace is active in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Kiabi runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Kiabi; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.
1. Get access to Kiabi
You apply as a seller with Kiabi. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

- Click the Kiabi tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.

- Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.
Good to know
- Who can sell: Kiabi does not publish whether resellers may sell; it reviews applications from brands and creators, so sellers should apply to find out.
- Products are offered on the Kiabi catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Kiabi catalog yet, are not listed.
- New Kiabi orders are accepted automatically and imported once Kiabi releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Kiabi when you ship.
- Selling on several Mirakl marketplaces? Connect each one separately, each with its own API key, product selection and pricelist.
