Setting up Kruitbosch
Kruitbosch doesn't offer self-service API credentials — you'll need to request them from your Kruitbosch account manager. Importing products and exporting orders are set up as two separate connections in StoreLinkr, so you may need to go through the connection form twice.
1. Get Your Kruitbosch Credentials
Contact your Kruitbosch account manager and request:
- Username
- Password
- Customer number
Keep these three values on hand — you'll need them for both connections below.
2. Import Products, Categories & Stock
This connection brings Kruitbosch's catalog into your PIM.
- Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
- Navigate to Catalog -> Products.
- Click Add import source.
- Select Kruitbosch and enter your Username, Password and Customer number.
- Save and test the connection.
Because Kruitbosch's catalog is very large, StoreLinkr requires you to choose which categories to import before any products come in.
- Navigate to Catalog -> Categories -> Import Filters.
- Scan Kruitbosch's categories, then check the ones you actually want to sell.
- StoreLinkr will only import products belonging to your selected categories, along with their stock levels and your net purchase prices.
The recommended sales price Kruitbosch provides is calculated per single piece, while your purchase price may be quoted per packaging unit (e.g. a box of several pieces). It's normal for the recommended sales price to look lower than your purchase price at first glance — check your Purchasing Advice for accurate, unit-corrected margins.
3. Export Orders as Dropshipments
This second connection is what makes dropshipping possible: when one of your customers orders a product you source from Kruitbosch, StoreLinkr automatically forwards that order to Kruitbosch, who ship it directly to your customer.
- Navigate to Orders (your sales orders overview).
- Click Export Orders.
- Select Kruitbosch and enter the same Username, Password and Customer number.
- Save the connection.
Once connected, qualifying orders are sent to Kruitbosch as dropshipments automatically. StoreLinkr periodically checks back for carrier and track & trace details and adds them to the order once Kruitbosch ships it.
Kruitbosch's own order history (orders you've placed with them in the past) isn't imported into StoreLinkr — this connection only handles forwarding your customers' orders to them and retrieving shipment tracking.
