Selling on Maisons du Monde

Maisons du Monde is a French chain for furniture and home decoration. On the Maisons du Monde marketplace, which runs on Mirakl, third-party sellers offer furniture and home decoration. The marketplace is active in France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Maisons du Monde runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Maisons du Monde; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.

1. Get access to Maisons du Monde​

You apply as a seller with Maisons du Monde. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

2. Create your API key​

  1. In the Maisons du Monde seller back office, click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  2. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.

3. Connect Maisons du Monde in StoreLinkr​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces and click Connect a marketplace.
  2. Click the Maisons du Monde tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.
  3. StoreLinkr fills in the marketplace URL for you (https://maisonsdumonde-prod.mirakl.net). If the web address of your back office is different, paste your own address.
  4. Paste your API Key, choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  5. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

Good to know​

  • Who can sell: Maisons du Monde says it selects only brands that share its values, so resellers of other brands should not expect to be accepted.
  • Products are offered on the Maisons du Monde catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Maisons du Monde catalog yet, are not listed.
  • New Maisons du Monde orders are accepted automatically and imported once Maisons du Monde releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Maisons du Monde when you ship.
  • Selling on several Mirakl marketplaces? Connect each one separately, each with its own API key, product selection and pricelist.
