Selling on Manor

Manor is the largest department store chain in Switzerland. Since 2021, Manor runs a marketplace on Mirakl with fashion, beauty, home and electronics from third-party sellers. The marketplace is active in Switzerland.

Manor runs on Mirakl, so you connect it with the Mirakl integration. This page covers what is specific to Manor; the Mirakl setup guide describes every field in detail.

1. Get access to Manor​

You apply as a seller with Manor. Once approved, you create the API key in the seller back office.

2. Create your API key​

  1. In the Manor seller back office, click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  2. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.

3. Connect Manor in StoreLinkr​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces and click Connect a marketplace.
  2. Click the Manor tile. Use the search field or the country filter to find it quickly.
  3. StoreLinkr fills in the marketplace URL for you (https://manor-prod.mirakl.net). If the web address of your back office is different, paste your own address.
  4. Paste your API Key, choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  5. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

Good to know​

  • Who can sell: Manor selects each marketplace partner individually on origin, experience, credibility and range, and works mainly with Swiss and European partners.
  • Prices on Manor are in Swiss francs. Use a pricelist in CHF for this marketplace.
  • Products are offered on the Manor catalog by EAN. Products without an EAN, or that are not in the Manor catalog yet, are not listed.
  • New Manor orders are accepted automatically and imported once Manor releases the delivery address. Tracking codes go back to Manor when you ship.
