Mirakl marketplaces

Many large retailers run their marketplace on Mirakl, for example MediaMarkt / Saturn, Decathlon, Douglas, Conrad and Leroy Merlin. They all use the same seller API, so one StoreLinkr integration connects you to each of them.

Key features​

  • Several marketplaces in one project: Connect every Mirakl marketplace you sell on as its own sales channel, each with its own API key, product selection and pricelist. The overview shows which marketplace each channel belongs to.
  • Offers on the existing catalog: StoreLinkr offers your products on the marketplace's catalog by EAN, with your price, promotional price and stock. No category mapping is needed.
  • Automatic order acceptance: New orders are accepted for you, so the marketplace does not cancel them, and are then imported into StoreLinkr with the delivery address.
  • Shipment tracking: When you ship an order, StoreLinkr sends the carrier and tracking code to the marketplace and confirms the shipment.

What you need​

  • A seller account on the marketplace, approved by the retailer.
  • An EAN on every product you want to offer. Products without an EAN are skipped.
  • The product must already exist in the marketplace's catalog. Creating new products in the catalog is not supported yet.

Connecting a Mirakl marketplace​

You connect a Mirakl marketplace with the web address of its seller back office and an API key. Repeat these steps for every Mirakl marketplace you sell on: each one becomes its own sales channel.

1. Get your API key​

  1. Log in to the seller back office of the marketplace, for example the MediaMarkt or Decathlon seller portal.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and open your user settings.
  3. Open the API Key tab, generate a key and copy it.
  4. Copy the web address of the back office from your browser as well, for example https://mediamarktsaturn.mirakl.net.
caution

An API key only works for the marketplace that created it. A MediaMarkt key will not work for Decathlon.

2. Connect to StoreLinkr​

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Marketplaces.
  3. Click Connect a marketplace and click the tile of your marketplace, for example Praxis. Use the search field or the country filter to find it. Choose the Mirakl tile for a Mirakl marketplace that is not in the list.
  4. For some marketplaces the URL is filled in for you. Otherwise, or when you choose Other Mirakl marketplace, paste the web address of the seller back office. A full address like https://example.mirakl.net/login is fine.
  5. Paste your API Key.
  6. Only fill in the Shop ID when your API key has access to more than one shop. You find the shop ID in the seller back office.
  7. Choose the Country, the Product Selection and the Pricelist.
  8. Click Test connections and then Connect a marketplace.

How offers and orders work​

  • Offers: Each product is offered on the catalog product with the same EAN. The offer SKU is the product's SKU, or its EAN when the SKU is empty. Price, promotional price and stock follow your product data.
  • Orders: StoreLinkr accepts new orders automatically and imports them once the marketplace has released the delivery address. Refused or cancelled order lines are left out. The customer email is the anonymised address that the marketplace provides.
  • Shipping: When you ship an order with a tracking code, StoreLinkr passes the carrier and tracking code on to the marketplace and marks the order as shipped.
Good to know

Mirakl resets offer settings that StoreLinkr does not send, such as a lead time or logistic class you set by hand in the back office. Returns are not imported yet.
