Setting up SitePack

Because your StoreLinkr login is also your SitePack account, connecting a SitePack webshop doesn't require any API keys, plugins, or app installations. You simply pick which of your SitePack websites you want to sync with.

Product/category export and order import are set up as two separate connections in StoreLinkr, so you'll go through the connection form twice — once for each.

1. Export Products & Categories to SitePack

This connection pushes your catalog from StoreLinkr to your SitePack webshop.

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Navigate to Sales Channels -> Online Store -> Sales Channel.
  3. Click Add and choose Products.
  4. Select SitePack as the export destination.
  5. Choose the SitePack website you want to sync from the Site dropdown — this list is populated automatically from your account.
  6. Save the connection. StoreLinkr will start pushing your categories first, followed by your products and images.

2. Import Orders from SitePack

This second connection pulls orders placed on your SitePack webshop into StoreLinkr.

  1. From the same Sales Channels -> Online Store -> Sales Channel screen, click Add and choose Orders.
  2. Select SitePack as the import source.
  3. Choose the same Site from the dropdown.
  4. Save the connection.
Good to know

Orders only flow one way: from SitePack into StoreLinkr. Since SitePack is your storefront, there's no need to push orders back to it. When you first connect, orders that were placed before the connection was created are automatically skipped so you don't get flooded with old history.

3. Configure Your Workflow

Once both connections are saved, you can fine-tune what gets synced:

  • Product Selection: Choose which products and categories should be exported to your SitePack webshop.
  • Stock Sync: Each product update includes your current stock quantity, so stock levels stay accurate automatically.
  • Order Processing: Incoming orders appear in your StoreLinkr Orders overview, ready for fulfillment.
