Troubleshooting: Product Not Appearing in SitePack

If a product exists in StoreLinkr but doesn't show up in your SitePack webshop, work through this checklist to find the cause.

Common Causes and Solutions

1. Missing EAN or Name

StoreLinkr requires every product to have both an EAN and a Name before it can be sent to SitePack. Products missing either value are skipped automatically.

2. Category Not Synced Yet

A product can only be exported once its category already exists on SitePack. Categories are synced ahead of products, but if you've just created a new category, give the sync a moment to catch up — or trigger a manual category sync first.

3. Active Export Filters

Check your export task settings in the StoreLinkr portal (Sales Channels -> Online Store) for active filters (brand, category, price, etc.) that might be excluding this specific product.

4. "Allowed" Status

Make sure the product is marked as Allowed in the StoreLinkr portal. Blocked products are never exported.

5. Image Format

SitePack only accepts JPG, JPEG, and PNG images. Other formats (like WebP) are silently skipped, but this won't stop the product itself from syncing.

How to Debug in StoreLinkr

  1. Log in to the StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Find the specific product in the Catalog.
  3. Click Sync Now in the top-right corner and select Export.
  4. Check the Logs at the bottom of the page a few seconds later. Any category or validation errors returned by SitePack will show up here.
