Troubleshooting: Variant Options Not Grouping Correctly

If products that should appear together as one variant product on SitePack are instead showing up as separate, standalone products, it's almost always one of the two issues below.

1. Brand or Model Doesn't Match

StoreLinkr groups products by brand and model. If these fields differ even slightly between products that should belong together (extra whitespace, a typo, a different capitalization pulled from your source data), they'll be treated as separate products instead of one group.

Fix: Check the brand and model values for the affected products in your Catalog and make sure they're identical.

2. Property Name Doesn't Match SitePack's Fixed List

SitePack only recognizes a fixed, case-sensitive set of property names for variant options: Frametype, Maat, Kleur, Soort, Framemaat, and Wielmaat. If the property holding your size or color value is named differently — for example Size, kleur (lowercase), or Colour — it won't be picked up as a variant option, even though the rest of the product syncs fine.

Fix: Rename the relevant product property/facet to match one of the names above exactly. See Grouped Products & Variants for the full list.

Still Not Grouping?

If brand, model, and the property name all check out and products still aren't grouping, contact our support team with the EANs of the affected products.
