Troubleshooting Skwirrel Integration
If you are missing data in the StoreLinkr portal or on your website when using the Skwirrel import, use this article to check what might be going wrong.
Missing one or more attachment(s)
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Check in Skwirrel if the file is not marked for internal use. We only import files that are allowed to be publicly visible.
- Ensure the product is correctly synced in StoreLinkr.
Data does not match
We use a standard field layout for all our customers. If the data in your webshop does not match what you expect from Skwirrel, please refer to our mapping documentation:
