How can I link my stock with StockHub?

If your catalog is filled by us through, for example, a PIM system, we do not always have stock information about your items. It is very useful to give StoreLinkr access to your live stock, as we can then also update this in all export links.

1. Obtain API Token from StockHub​

To connect StockHub to StoreLinkr, you will need an API Token from your StockHub account.

  1. Log in to your StockHub account.
  2. Navigate to your User Settings or API Settings (refer to StockHub documentation if you cannot find your API token).
  3. Generate or copy your Personal Access Token (Bearer token).

2. Connect to StoreLinkr Portal​

Once you have your API token, you can establish the connection in StoreLinkr:

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Navigate to Catalog -> Stock Locations.
  3. Click on the "Import stock information" button at the top.
  4. Select StockHub from the list of integrations.
  5. Enter your API Token into the API Key field.
  6. Click Save & Test Connection.

Product stock information from StockHub​

Because the link has now been established with your WMS platform, we can see live how much stock is left of an article within your webshop. You can check this by navigating to a product page from your catalog and checking the "Stock" block. If the stock comes from StockHub, you will see it clearly stated.

StoreLinkr uses the StockHub OpenAPI (https://openapi.stockhub.nl) to securely fetch your product and stock data.
