Wilmar Integration

Wilmar is a store system for bike shops. With StoreLinkr you can bring your bicycles, parts and stock from Wilmar into your webshop, and send your webshop orders back to Wilmar.

Wilmar for SitePack webshops​

Do you run a SitePack webshop? Then you can connect Wilmar without setting up the integrations yourself. Install the Wilmar app from the SitePack app store and StoreLinkr does the rest.

How to get started​

  1. In SitePack, open the app store and install the Wilmar app. The app costs €35 per month.
  2. In the app settings in SitePack, enter your Wilmar details.
  3. StoreLinkr automatically creates a project for your webshop, named your webshop name (Data integration).
  4. Click Open in StoreLinkr on the app's settings page in SitePack. You are logged in directly to your new project.

What the project contains​

The project comes with integrations that work together:

  • Import products from Wilmar: your bicycles, parts and stock are imported from your store system.
  • Export products to your SitePack webshop: the imported products are kept up to date in your webshop.

When you have also filled in the API key and organisation key in the app settings, the project gets two more integrations:

  • Import orders from your SitePack webshop: new webshop orders are collected automatically.
  • Export orders to Wilmar: the orders are sent to Wilmar. This happens by default, so you do not need to set anything up.
Products only?

Without the API key and organisation key, only your products and stock are synchronized. You can add the keys later in the app settings in SitePack to start sending orders to Wilmar.

What you can do in StoreLinkr​

In the project you can view the integrations, logs, products and orders. You can also change the settings of each integration, for example the sync interval, or switch an integration on or off.

The app plan includes exactly these integrations. You cannot add other integrations to this project, and the app's integrations cannot be deleted.

Change your Wilmar details in SitePack

Your Wilmar connection details are managed in the app settings in SitePack. Changes you save there are applied to the integrations automatically. There is no need to change them in StoreLinkr, because SitePack overwrites them.

Removing the app​

If you remove the Wilmar app in SitePack, the integrations are switched off. Your products and orders are no longer synchronized from that moment on.
