Setting up WooCommerce

To connect your WooCommerce webshop with StoreLinkr, you need to install our official WordPress plugin. This plugin handles the communication between your webshop and the StoreLinkr platform.

1. Install the StoreLinkr Plugin

The easiest way to install the plugin is through your WordPress admin dashboard:

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin area.
  2. Go to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Search for "StoreLinkr".
  4. Click Install Now and then Activate.

Alternatively, you can download the plugin from the WordPress.org Plugin Directory.

2. Generate API Credentials

Once the plugin is activated, you need to generate API credentials to allow StoreLinkr to securely connect to your shop:

  1. In your WordPress menu, go to StoreLinkr.
  2. Click on the API Settings tab (or the button to generate credentials).
  3. Click Generate API Key and Secret.
  4. Important: Keep this page open or copy the API Key and API Secret to a safe place. You will need them in the next step.

3. Connect to StoreLinkr Portal

Now that you have your credentials, you can add your WooCommerce shop to the StoreLinkr portal:

  1. Log in to your StoreLinkr Portal.
  2. Navigate to Integrations or Workflows.
  3. Click Add Integration and select WooCommerce.
  4. Enter your webshop URL (e.g., https://www.yourstore.com).
  5. Paste the API Key and API Secret you generated in WordPress.
  6. Click Save & Test Connection.

4. Configure Your Workflow

After a successful connection, you can set up your synchronization workflows:

  • Product Sync: Choose which products and categories should be synced from StoreLinkr to WooCommerce.
  • Order Sync: Enable automatic order fetching so StoreLinkr can process orders from your webshop.
  • Stock Sync: Ensure your inventory levels are always up-to-date across all channels.
Pro Tip

If you are using a Point of Sale (POS) system like CycleSoftware or Wilmar, make sure to configure the "Import" side of your workflow first before pushing products to WooCommerce.
