Product not appearing in webshop? Here is how to fix it.
It can be frustrating when a specific product doesn't show up in your WooCommerce store. Usually, this is caused by a missing requirement or a filter setting. Follow this checklist to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Checklist
1. Unique EAN Code
StoreLinkr requires every product to have a unique identifier. Ensure the product has a unique EAN or SKU. Duplicate identifiers will cause sync conflicts.
2. Export Filters
Check your export task settings in the StoreLinkr portal (eCommerce -> Sales Channels). Ensure there are no active filters (e.g., brand, category, or price filters) that might be excluding this specific product.
3. "Allowed" Status
Ensure the product is marked as "Allowed" in the StoreLinkr portal. If a product is manually or automatically "Blocked", it will not be exported to your webshop.
4. Variant Synchronization
If the product is part of a variant set (variable product), the entire set must be valid. Try triggering a manual sync for the variant group.
5. Category Assignment
Verify that the product is assigned to a category that exists and is active in your WooCommerce store. Products without a valid category mapping may fail to appear.
6. Valid Price
WooCommerce often hides products that do not have a price set. Ensure the product has a valid "Regular Price" in StoreLinkr.
How to Debug in StoreLinkr
- Log in to the StoreLinkr Portal.
- Find the specific product in the Catalog.
- Click "Sync Now" in the top right corner and select "Export".
- Monitor the Logs at the bottom of the page. You may need to refresh the logs after a few seconds. The log will provide specific error messages if the WooCommerce API rejected the product.
Still not visible?
If you've checked all the above and the product still isn't appearing, please contact our support team. Provide the EAN or SKU of the missing product so we can investigate the sync logs for you.
