What you see on the dashboard

The dashboard is the first page after you sign in. It shows the state of your catalogue, your integrations and your data quality at a glance. The name of the current project is shown above the title.

Top buttons

  • View all integrations: opens the tasks overview with every import and export.
  • Create Workflow: opens a menu with Import products, Import orders and Connect a marketplace. The first two start the window to add a source. The last one takes you to Marketplaces > Sales channels to connect a marketplace.

The four key figures

FigureWhat it shows
ProductsThe number of products in your catalogue.
Active integrationsThe number of active integrations, split into imports and exports (for example "2 import, 3 export").
OrdersThe orders of the last 14 days.
Critical data errorsThe number of products that break a critical data quality rule, with the number of rules that only have warnings.

The figure for critical data errors turns red as soon as at least one critical rule has affected products, and green when there are none.

Activity

The chart shows the last 14 days. Use the switch above it to flip between Orders and Products. When there is not enough data yet, the chart says so.

Needs attention

This list shows up to four data quality rules that currently affect products, the most severe first. Each line has the number of affected products, the name of the rule and a short explanation. Click a line to open the product list, already filtered on that rule. Click Data quality in the title for the full data quality screen. When nothing needs attention, the list says Everything looks good.

My SLA

This card shows your support level (Free, Bronze, Silver or Gold) and what it includes: chat support, support via email with the response time, direct phone support and callback requests by appointment. Click Change to look at the options.

Active integrations

Every integration (task) of your project is shown as a card or a block. The title shows how many are active, and Group by lets you choose how they are arranged:

  • Direction: the default. Your sources (Import) are on the left, your targets (Export) on the right, with StoreLinkr in the middle. An empty side shows No sources or No targets, and the empty target block is a link to add one.
  • All: one grid of cards. The last card, Add Integration, lets you add another integration.
  • Trade brand: only available when trade brands are switched on, and then the default. Each trade brand gets its own block with its sources and targets, and a status: All active, No target or Connection issue. Integrations that belong to no brand are collected in Shared. Use Manage to go to the trade brand settings.

Your choice is remembered in your browser.

Each integration shows its logo, its name, whether it imports or exports, whether it handles products and/or orders, and a status:

StatusMeaning
ActiveThe integration works.
Connection issueStoreLinkr cannot reach the system. See Connection issues.
InactiveThe integration is switched off. Inactive integrations are listed in their own section, Inactive integrations, below the active ones.

When trade brands are switched on, the trade brand of an integration is shown as a small label. Without trade brands you do not see any trade brand information on the dashboard.

Click an integration to open its details page.

A new project

In a project without integrations the dashboard shows Import products and Import orders to get started. See Projects to add a project.
