How to work with projects

A project is the workspace for one webshop or business, with its own catalogue, integrations, users and subscription. If you manage more than one shop, you can have a project for each of them and switch between them.

Switching project​

  • Click the project switcher in the top bar and pick a project, or
  • open the projects overview and click Switch to this project on a card.

The portal then reloads in the other project. Everything you see afterwards, such as products, orders and settings, belongs to that project.

The projects overview​

Choose Manage Projects in the project switcher to open My projects. Every project is a card showing:

  • The project name with its initials, a green Active label and, for a project in its trial, a 14 days trial period label.
  • The subscription of the project with the price per month.
  • The limits of the project: Productlimit, Category limit, Import source limit and Export source limit.
  • At the bottom, Current project on the project you are in, or the Switch to this project button on every other card.

Adding a project​

  1. Click Add Project at the top right.
  2. Enter a Name, for example the name of your webshop.
  3. Click Add Project.

If the project cannot be created, the page shows the reason.

Only project administrators can manage the subscription, payments and users of a project. See Users.
