How to manage product feeds

Product Feeds allow you to export your product catalog to external marketing platforms like Google Shopping, Facebook (Meta) Ads, and TikTok. StoreLinkr generates a dynamic URL that these platforms can use to fetch your latest product data.

Supported Platforms

StoreLinkr supports several major advertising platforms:

  • Google Merchant Center: For Google Shopping ads.
  • Meta Ads Catalog: For Facebook and Instagram shopping.
  • Microsoft Ads: For Bing shopping results.
  • TikTok Ads: For product listings on TikTok.

Creating a Product Feed

  1. Navigate to Product Feeds.
  2. Click Create a Feed.
  3. Select your platform (e.g., Google Shopping).
  4. Give your feed a descriptive name.
  5. Click Create to generate the feed.

Using Your Feed URL

Once a feed is created, StoreLinkr provides a unique URL:

  1. Find your feed in the list.
  2. Click Copy Feed URL.
  3. Paste this URL into the settings of your advertising platform (e.g., in Google Merchant Center under "Feeds").

Managing Feeds

  • Status: Monitor if a feed is "Active" or "Disabled".
  • Product Count: See how many products are currently included in each feed based on your selections and filters.
  • Edit Campaign: Click a feed to refine which products are included and map platform-specific attributes (like Google Product Category).

If you need to force a complete refresh of your product data on external platforms, you can use the reset tools in the Danger Zone.
