How to manage returns

The Returns overview in StoreLinkr allows you to track and process return requests from your customers in one central location.

Processing Returns

Navigate to Returns > Overview to see all requests. For each return, you can see:

  • Status: Current state (e.g., Requested, Received, Refunded).
  • Reference: The unique return ID.
  • Customer: Name and email of the customer.
  • Items: Number of products being returned.
  • Created Date: When the request was submitted.

Click on any return to view detailed information, including return reasons and images provided by the customer.

The Return Portal

StoreLinkr provides a professional, customer-facing portal where your customers can start their own returns. This reduces support overhead and improves the customer experience.

  • Customers enter their order number and email to see their items.
  • They select which items to return and provide a reason.
  • StoreLinkr can automatically generate shipping labels (depending on your settings).
