How to manage marketplace offers

The Offers dashboard gives you a competitive overview of your products as they appear on marketplaces like Bol.com or Kaufland. It combines your internal data with real-time market insights.

Competitor Insights

StoreLinkr automatically tracks your competitors on the marketplace:

  • Competition Prices: See the minimum and maximum price currently being offered by other sellers for the same product.
  • Competitor Count: Know exactly how many other sellers are offering each item.
  • Qualifications: StoreLinkr analyzes your price position and labels your offer:
    • Cheapest: You have the lowest price on the marketplace.
    • Below Average / Average: You are in a competitive middle ground.
    • Above Average / Too Expensive: Your price is significantly higher than the market average, which may reduce your visibility and "Buy Block" chances.

Managing Your Offers

Updating Insights

To get the latest market data, go to Actions and select Import Competitors. This will trigger a task to fetch the most recent price ranges and competitor counts from the marketplace.

Triggering Export

If you've updated your prices or product data in StoreLinkr, use the Export action to push these changes immediately to the marketplace.

Offer Status

  • Allowed: The product meets all filters and quality rules and is eligible for export.
  • Not Allowed: The product is being blocked (check your Export Filters or Data Quality).
  • Not Unique: A warning that indicates multiple products might be trying to fulfill the same marketplace offer.
  • Ready for Archive: Products marked in red (table-danger) are no longer in your source and will be removed from the marketplace soon.

Why Monitor Offers?

By regularly reviewing your offer qualifications, you can identify products where you are "Too Expensive" and use the Price Suggestions tool to adjust your pricing and win more sales.
