How to manage marketplace sales channels

Marketplaces like Bol.com and Kaufland have specific requirements for product data and API connections. StoreLinkr simplifies this by providing dedicated connectors for these platforms.

Connecting a Marketplace​

  1. Navigate to Sales Channels > Marketplaces > Sales Channels.
  2. Click Connect Marketplace.
  3. Select your platform (e.g., Bol.com).
  4. Enter the required API credentials (e.g., Client ID and Client Secret for Bol.com).
  5. Test Connection: Always use the "Test Connections" button to ensure StoreLinkr can communicate with the marketplace.
  6. Save: Once the test is successful, save the connection to start the integration.

Managing Your Channels​

  • Status: See at a glance which marketplaces are active or disabled.
  • Active Products: Monitor how many products are currently listed on each marketplace.
  • Edit Campaign: Click "Edit Campaign" to refine which products are sent to this specific marketplace and to configure pricing rules.

Marketplace-Specific Settings​

Each marketplace may have unique settings:

  • Bol.com: Configure offer-specific details and fulfillment types (FBB vs FBR).
  • Kaufland: Manage language settings and API versions.
  • GPSR Compliance: Ensure your "Economic Operators" are correctly linked for EU compliance.
