How to configure AI settings
StoreLinkr features a powerful AI Agent that can help you generate product descriptions, optimize titles for SEO, and translate content. To use these features, you need to configure your AI engine and context settings.
Enabling the AI Agent
- Navigate to Settings > AI.
- Toggle the AI Agent Enabled switch to ON.
Choosing an AI Engine
StoreLinkr supports several industry-leading AI engines. You can choose the one that best fits your needs and budget:
- Gemini (Google): Highly capable and optimized for performance.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT): The industry standard for versatile text generation.
- Claude (Anthropic): Known for being helpful, safe, and concise.
Configuring the Connection
- API Key: You must provide your own API key for the chosen engine. Links to the respective provider's developer consoles are provided in the settings page.
- Model: Select a specific model (e.g.,
gemini-2.5-flashorgpt-4o-mini). Each model has different pricing and capabilities. - Test Connection: StoreLinkr will automatically test your API key to ensure it's valid and has access to the selected model.
AI Context Settings
To get the best results from the AI, you should provide context about your store and brand:
- Tone of Voice: Choose between Professional, Informal, Persuasive, or Humorous.
- Preferred Language: Select the primary language for AI generation.
- Webshop Details: Enter your store's name and a brief description of what you sell.
- Target Audience & Keywords: Help the AI understand who your customers are and what search terms you want to target.
Token Limits
To control your costs, you can set an AI Daily Token Limit. This prevents the AI from consuming more than your specified budget in a single day.
