How to manage your subscription

The Subscription section allows you to monitor your current plan, track your usage limits, and manage optional add-ons to extend your StoreLinkr functionality.

Plan Overview

Navigate to Settings > Subscription to see:

  • Active Plan: Your current base subscription (e.g., Free, Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
  • Price: The monthly cost of your plan and any active add-ons.
  • Period: The start and end dates of your current billing cycle.

Monitoring Usage Limits

StoreLinkr plans are often tiered based on the size of your product catalog. The dashboard shows a Progress Bar for:

  • Product Export Limit: The total number of products you are allowed to sync to your sales channels.
  • Usage Percentage: Shows how close you are to reaching your limit (e.g., "450 / 500 products used - 90%").

Reaching Your Limit: If you reach 100% of your product limit, StoreLinkr will stop exporting new items to your sales channels until you either remove products or Upgrade your plan.

Managing Add-ons

Add-ons allow you to add specific features without upgrading your entire plan:

  • Available Add-ons: Browse features like "Advanced Stock Rules" or "Priority Sync" in the Add-ons section.
  • Billing: Active add-ons are listed separately with their individual costs under your main subscription details.

Changing Your Plan

If your business is growing and you need higher limits or more features:

  1. Go to the Subscription overview.
  2. Click Change Subscription.
  3. Choose your new plan and follow the checkout process.
