Aggregating Stock from Multiple Warehouses

Do you have inventory in multiple locations? Maybe some stock in your physical shop and the rest in a supplier's warehouse? StoreLinkr can sum these up for you.

The Concept: Multi-Source Enrichment

Instead of relying on one stock level, StoreLinkr aggregates stock from all "Allowed" sources. If Location A has 5 units and Location B has 10, your Shopify store will show 15 units available.

Step 1: Connect Your Sources

  1. Ensure your primary catalog is already imported.
  2. Navigate to Sales Channels > Online Store > Sales Channel.
  3. Click Add under "Import Stock" to connect a secondary source (like a supplier's CSV feed or another API).

Step 2: Configure Stock Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Stock.
  2. Look at the Stock Sources table.
  3. Toggle Allow Stock Import to "Yes" for every warehouse or supplier that should contribute to your total.

Step 3: Manage Stock Locations

  1. Navigate to Catalog > Stock Locations.
  2. You will see each warehouse listed.
  3. Ensure Allow Export is enabled only for the locations you want to fulfill orders from.

Step 4: Verify the Math

  1. Go to Catalog > Products.
  2. Open a product details page.
  3. Look at the Stock tab. You will see a breakdown of quantities per location and the final Total Available count that StoreLinkr is syncing to your store.

By combining sources, you minimize stockouts and can sell your entire inventory range with confidence.
