Use Case: Automating Accounting with Jortt

Managing the finances of a high-volume ecommerce store can be a manual nightmare. StoreLinkr integrates with Jortt to automate your invoicing.

The Challenge​

Every sale generates an order, which needs an invoice for legal and tax reasons. Manually re-typing Shopify or Amazon order data into Jortt is time-consuming and prone to errors.

The StoreLinkr Solution​

  1. Unified Order Flow: All sales from Shopify, Bol.com, and WooCommerce are imported into the Sales Orders dashboard.
  2. Invoice Generation: StoreLinkr automatically creates a Concept Invoice as soon as an order is marked as "Paid".
  3. Automatic Push: Once finalized, StoreLinkr "Pushes" the invoice data directly to the Jortt API.
  4. VAT Accuracy: Using Invoice Details, the user ensures their company VAT and CoC info are correctly applied.

Results​

The store owner's accounting is always "up-to-date" without lifting a finger, reducing overhead costs and ensuring tax compliance.
