Echter is dit domein niet volledig je eigen huisstijl, waardoor het minder betrouwbaar lijkt.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom bieden wij een gratis optie, namelijk dat je een eigen (sub)domein kunt koppelen aan je retouren portaal.<\/p>\n<h2>DNS instellingen voor eigen domein<\/h2>\n<p>Om gebruik te maken van een whitelabel retouren portaal, moet je een DNS record toevoegen op het domein van je webwinkel. Maak bijvoorbeeld een subdomein aan:<\/p>\n<pre>retouren.mijnwebwinkel.nl\n<\/pre>\n<p>En koppel deze doormiddel van een CNAME type aan:<\/p>\n<pre>returns.storelinkr.com\n<\/pre>\n<div class=\"callout-blue\">\n<p><b>Tip:<\/b> Stel een korte TTL in bij het aanmaken van je DNS record. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Eigen portaal URL kenbaar maken<\/h2>\n<p>Vergeet niet om in het StoreLinkr portaal onder Retouren -&gt; Instellingen -&gt; Portaal URL aan te passen:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/helpscout.net\/docs\/assets\/6005ed1ec1efdf7602ee0781\/images\/682c94737394277eac2ed810\/file-A67YRMrhny.png\" style=\"width: 740px; \" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ons systeem zal binnen enkele uren de DNS aanpassing ook detecteren en een SSL certificaat aanmaken.
